Error in E1local in bew deployment server

Hi,

I have this issue in deployment, related to E1local

we restore oracle DB from deploymentA to this new deploymentB, but E1local canot start, I means solution explorer display popups "E1local unable ..."

files restore from deploymentA was SPEC files, xdb files, ..

are there a no synchronization issue in new deploymentB? ..so that E1local can not start?
