Material is associated with the WO and not showing in the material issuance form ??

Dear All,

I have work Order number xxxx in which the material is place again the opration 1 andn opration 2 which is not yet issued and work order status is realease while I am trying to issue the material using mataininace store user tab by one step issuance the the material is not automatically reflecting again the work and when I am trying to place the same material by myself the following error is coming ??

  1. Material could not be issued.Please examine the errors for each individual line.
  2. Row 1 Error - Error: No charges allowed for this job/schedule

Please assit me in this regards ?? Also review the attached screen shot
