Generating subset is failing with oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.RemoteOperationException: ERROR: Exec

After submitting the generate the subset job, it is failing at TransportPackages stage with error "oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.RemoteOperationException: ERROR: Execution failed due to binary missing or permission issues Error while streaming JobReader:java.io.IOException: Broken pipe". I have already tried below workarounds but no luck. Can anyone help ?

- Created the preferred credentials for both database instance and database host. Used the new preferred credentials while generating the subset.

- Verified that agent was installed appropriately without any missing binaries in it by checking the files under $AGENT_BASE/agent_inst and it has got all the required executables.
