What is impact of creating Service Request and Select the Urgency = 24.hrs on Charges

What is impact of creating Service Request and Select the Urgency = 24.hrs on Charges, is there any setup for charging urgent charges in case if Service Request have to be completed on urgent basis.
I will be mapping one the requirement of client in Oracle Field Service , which says in case of completing the Service Request on urgent basis they charge Urgent Charges
