Autocreate and/or Consolidate Line Items from RFB into Commit

Hi,

1) We are trying to auto-create our Commit BP from an Approved RFB BP  -  the header auto-creates with no issues, but the Line Items just will not auto-create. Any Ideas?

2) As a work around, can anyone explain how to "Consolidate" Line Items from an RFB BP into a Commit BP?  The RFB BP seems to be missing from the list of available BP's for consolidation.
