Application Exception Hyperion FDM 11.1.2.3

We recently upgraded our environment from 9.3.3 to 11.1.2.3. Everything seems to be working fine, however we came across this error once, the error however did not appear again. Out of curiosity wanted to understand what could be the possible cause for this error? I saw the tDataMap table, however there isn't any invalid character there? Should I be checking something else?
