AR Statement Genration Program

Hi

When I submit the Statement Geneartion Program for all Comers it doesn't kick off the Statement Generation Program (XML Report Publisher) and therefore no statements are sent out.

However whenever I select a 1 Cusotmer on the Statement Print Parameters the Statement Generation Program (XML Report Publisher) is "Kicked Off" and the statement is sent out. Can anybody advise why this would not generate for all Customers? I don't get any errors or warning messages when Statement Generation Program completes
