OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Order Error

Dear All

I am trying to un reserve an order line for ISO (Internal Sales Order) but API OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Order is giving error. "

Error occured during execution of API

ORA-01403: no data found

ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_ORDER_CACHE", line 309

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Order_Cache Procedure get_tax_calculation_flag

"

While for normal orders it is working fine. EBS version is 12.1.3 and database version is 11.1.0.7.0
