E1 Real Time Event using weblogic 12c.

We have a RTE instance whic is working as desired. We have installed transaction server on our weblogic instance. We have created JMS queue on the same weblogic instance on which we have transaction server running. We would like to move the jmsqueue to a centrallized server which is remote to transaction server instance. Please suggest if this is possible. Kindly share some document for achieving this kind of configuration .
