Error when applied ESUs using Change Assistant

Hi All.

I faced error when try to deploy ESUs using changes assistant . This error message appear: -

" Failed to complete pre-deployment setup. DatabaseException: com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException:[SECURITY_ERROR] A security error occurred. Cannot process with deployment. "

Try to follow this  Doc ID 1473215.1 but still not solve the issue. Kindly Please advise .Thanks.
