Override host credential during database patching for multiple hosts

Hi! It seems that it is impossible to override host credentials in the database patch plan if more than one host selected.

In the screenshot below there are three hosts selected for patching, but there are no possibility to override credentials for HOST2 and HOST3

I've tried Chrome and Firefox, no luck. I'm using EM12cR4. Of course I can create 3 plans instead of one... Is it UI design flaw or I am missing something?
