Known PeopleSoft bug - eProcurement Requisition Templates not updating after Item Master updated.

We are implementing FSCM and our implementation partners have made us aware of a known peoplesoft bug that affects the eProcurement Requisition Templates.  After the Item Master is updated, the ePro Requisition Templates do not update.  Is anyone aware of this bug and if so, do you know if it has been fixed?  Our partners advised that it has been ongoing for multiple years.
