How to correct project charges with incorrect responsibility center?

Hello,

A project was setup, and the Responsibility Center under Project/Setup/Additional Info was set as 243.  It should have been 233, and has recently been corrected.

There are a number of charges, particularly OTL, that we want to be correctly reflected in the GL.  We are not confident in how to fix this.  If we used the Expenditure Inquiry form, and did a Mass Adjust of type Recalculate Raw Costs, would the charges be moved from 243 to 233?
