Problem creating a repository in the OVM Manager

Hi all. We are having a problem creating a repository in the OVM Manager as part of the OpsCenter 12c installation process that we are doing, but everytime that we intent to do it, we are getting the following messages.

From the OVM Manager console we are getting this:

The Job has timed out while executing, and will be aborted.

From the OVM Manager log files we have as follows:

When the creation process start
