unable to start weblogic administrator

Hello

Weblogic  10.3.6  is  running on  Windows 2008 R2;

the last  time   I started  weblogic  administrator    by  startWebLogic.cmd,  I  stopped   it  using the  administrator  console and   Now  I am  unable to  restart 

the  administrator  server  again  through     startWebLogic.cmd, I am getting   below  error,  Could you please help me..

java.lang.ClassCastException: com.octetstring.vde.backend.BackendRoot cannot b

cast to com.octetstring.vde.backend.standard.BackendStandard

        at weblogic.t3.srvr.SubsystemRequest.run(SubsystemRequest.java:64)
