Cannot kill process Forms6 under Solaris 10

Hi,

We have move an application running under forms6 from AIX to Solaris 10 and we start having the following issue :

When we exit the application trough forms, the session from Oracle is ended but at the OS level the process is still running, the kill command didn't help. If anyone experienced the same issue can help me on that.
