Journal Entry using Journal Wizrad gives error when [Combinations] is clicked in Accounting Flexfiel

I get followin gerror when I click [Combinations] in Flexfield of Journal Entry using Journal Wizard in R12.1.3

The following error
has occurred

Exception Name:
oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneSQLException - Cannot execute SQL Statement.

Cause: A low level API call failed.

Action: Please note this error to
your support representative.

Statement: SELECT CC.SEGMENT1,
CC.SEGMENT2, CC.SEGMENT3, CC.SEGMENT4, CC.SEGMENT5, CC.SEGMENT6, CC.SEGMENT7 ,
