How to publish FSG reports to Excel?

We can publish FSG reports to Excell from the Reports Manager, but not any of the GL repsonsibilities.

Test1:     Navigate>Reports>Request>Financial>Select Individual Reports

Select the report to be run, click on the Other Options tab, In the Ouput Option field select Spreadsheet

In this case when we try view the output from the Requests form, it returns a blank page.

Test2:     Navigate>Reports>Request>Financial>Select Individual Reports

Select the report to be run, click on the Other Options tab, In the Ouput Option field select XML

View the output frpom the Request form returns XML.  If I run the XML Report Publisher program for this report and select the Output Option of Excel, The output this looks like this:
