Need help with workflow on Account type

I know this should be simple, but I have tried it many different ways and cannot get the results I want.  I want to check the reassign acocunt box when the account type is changed to Architect.  This is what I have, but when I change the Type, the check box does not populate.

PRE('<AccountType>')<>[<AccountType>] AND LookupValue ("ACCOUNT_TYPE","Architect")

I have a wait of 0 mins and update reassign account filed with Y

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
