SIebel UCM to CRM Point to Point Integration Flow.

I am using siebel 8.1.1 version. I am trying to integrate siebel UCM and CRM without middleware(Point to point). 

Suppose i created new Contact/Account in UCM. I want to publish it on real time in in my siebel CRM(Public Sector) application without middleware(Point to point). Is there any vanilla configuration or Workflow , i need to use for Publish . OR i need to create my own custom workflow. How it will publish to Siebel CRM. what changes i need to do . what are the flow to Publish . I am done with my system Registration in Siebel UCM application.
