How to Uninstall Hyperion Essbase 11.1.1.3 version manually?

Hello,

Instead of using the Windows Server 2008 R2 'Uninstall' program, I like to uninstall Hyperion Essbase 11.1.1.3 manually.  Basically, wanted to re-install the software from the scratch.

Environment:

Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 bit

Hyperion database in SQL Server
