Error Uploading Files in Document Manager

Hello Everyone,

We are facing issues Uploading big files in Unifier under the Document Manager Tab. These files are under 2GB and mostly BIM files and Training Videos. The videos do not upload and show "XML parsing error" as the end result.

Uploads were successful prior to 10.1 and post upgrade, we are unable to upload big files.

We are hosted on Single Tenant (On Cloud) 10.1.8. Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome both are throwing the same error.

1. Is anyone having issues with uploading any type of file format ?

2. What is the maximum size of file you have uploaded in Unifier under Document Manager ?
