how to map multiple fields from source to one Target in FDMEE?

Hi
I need help on mapping mutiple field from source system to one target memeber in FDMEE. For example:
I have 4 field in source system named as OBU, BU, Depart_num and Header_region. with value as
OBU = 04200, BU = 71005 , Depart_num=501020 , Header_region = United states,
This needs to map to Target memeber "PU_04200 71005 501020 10300"
In this case if Header_region='United states' in source system then it should mapped to the 10300 in target. But we do not have any single called 10300 in target. Attached is the import format and a screen shot of source table.
