For applying April 2015 CPU patch 20406604:

Please advise how the adgrants.sql should be run. Is this correct that copy this version in the patch 20406604/admin/adgrants.sql to $ORACLE_HOME? Which Oracle_Home that should be, iis the one on Oracle eBS ORACLE_HOME, or the database ORACLE_HOME? As the two ORACLE_HOME are different.
