SELECT CHECKBOX DISABLED FOR ADD ITEM TO CART IN ISTORE

WHEN I GO TO MY SITE, I SEE THE TABLE OF PRODUCTS AND ADD-ITEM-CART BUTTON. HOWEVER, I DON'T SEE THE SELECT CHECKBOX TO SELECT AND ADD THE PRODUCTS TO THE CART. UNIT PRICE IS ALSO EMPTY. ALSO I SEE "PRODUCT NUMBER NULL" IN THE PRODUCT COLUMN.  SO I AM UNABLE TO ADD PRODUCTS TO SHOPPING CART AS I CAN'T CHECK THE SELECT BOX.
