DIA0 eat too many memory

My Oracle database environment:

  • Oracle database 12c standard edition (RAC)
  • 3 x nodes
  • OS: Solaris 11

I found the 'DIA0" process eating too memory process:

load averages:  1.79,  1.98,  1.99;               up 98+22:35:00                                                                                                                                                                   10:14:04

659 processes: 654 sleeping, 3 running, 2 on cpu

CPU states: 13.3% idle, 55.7% user, 31.0% kernel,  0.0% iowait,  0.0% swap

Kernel: 20750 ctxsw, 12648 trap, 13979 intr, 25339 syscall, 23 fork, 4393 flt

Memory: 24G phys mem, 275M free mem, 16G total swap, 13G free swap
