iSupplier new contact approval

Hi,

When a new contact is created by the supplier in iSupplier, doesn't it need to approved by the buyer? That doesn't seem to happen in our instance. Is there a setting?

Also, there doesn't seem to any notification when an address is approved or declined. Is this how it is designed?
