How to allow the users to see account's calendar

Hi Guys,

Account calendar customized functionality has been changed in Siebel OPENUI. Previously users are allowed to see all the calendar activities in the Account Calendar sub view which are belongs to that Account.

Now it is behaving exactly like a normal calendar. We need to add the users in the employees field to acces the calendar.

How can we allow all the users to see the account calendar activities in account calendar subview. Is there any user property needs to be enabled or do we need to change the class file or CSS.

Kindly help us.
