the outputs are large and slow to download

Hi

In EBSR12.1.3 environment,run a XML Publish concurrent.after complete it,

when try to download concurrent output (excel format), we found these reports are large

and slow to download.

Base on Excel Output File Size Generated By BI Publisher is Very Large (Doc ID 760437.1)

The issue (reports are large and slow to download) is because
the Excel output from XML Publisher in EBS is MHTML not binary .xls.
XHTML are more verbose formats and It will be large because the current Excel output is just an HTML.
