Support for multiple language versions of account name

Hi,

I have customer requirement where we would need to implement an account name field so it would support multiple different character sets and languages per customer. The idea is to have Russian version of customer name written in cyrillic letter and then have Western European version of the name written using characters of ISO-8859-x . Siebel database of course supports unicode so the character set is not an issue BUT the issue is the configuration since we would not like to see a customer list where we have mixed Russian and European versions but show "right" version for the user
