Hi,

When a requistion references a Quotation and G BPA and the supplier, ship to location and the buyer is the same on the G BPA and the Quatation the system created two purchase orders.

Example:
1. Create a requisition with 2 lines:
- Line 1 sourced against Quatation
- Line 2 sourced against G BPA
The Quatation and the G BPA have the same Supplier, Site, Location, and Buyer.

2. Approve the requisition.
3. Two PO's are created instead of one.

Why is this logical?

Because when you create requistion that references two different quotations or two different G BPA's the system groups it together and creates one purchase order.

Howdy, Stranger!
