book to learn unix scripting for sql loader in oracle apps

hi ,

can any one suggest me a good book to learn shell scripting for writing programs for sql loader ?

AIM : to learn how to write programs to load data from flat files and excel files into custom tables and vice versa.

ACTIVITY : during data conversion and data migration we need to load and unload data from legacy applications to our custom tables and seeded tables in oracle applications

i will be very thankful for any suggestions.
