grid 12c installation in wondows 2008 virtualbox :error CRS-5016: Process "C:\app\12.1.0\grid\bin\ls

Dear Expert

I have to deploy the Oracle12c  RAC  in windows 2008 server using virtualbox.

I have not any DNS server available for scan-vip.

I created 2 VM (rac1 and rac2) and I add shared storage (ASM4.vdi).

at the end of installation in node 1 I received the message:

PRCR-1079 : Echec du démarrage de la ressource ora.LISTENER_SCAN1.lsnr|

CRS-5016: Process "C:\app\12.1.0\grid\bin\lsnrctl.exe" spawned by agent "C:\app\12.1.0\grid\bin\oraagent.exe" for action "start" failed: details at "(:CLSN00010:)" in "C:\app\12.1.0\grid\log\rac1\agent\crsd\oraagent_system\oraagent_system.log"|
