Employee Contact Information Not Updating For Helpdesk After Job Change.

Recently in CRM Employee Contact Information not updating for helpdesk after employee change job internally . Still at customer information it shows old department and location and  contact method and phone.

I run full workforce sync for one employee but still no update . Any suggestion which can help me to resolve this . We are on CRM 9.2 and PT 8.53
