How to store Cost centre information in Blanket Purchase Agreement ?

Hello,

We wish to store cost center information in blanket purchase agreement.

The buyer while creating a BPA will key in the cost center information in the BPA.

What is the best way to store this information ?

We want the List of values of cost centre segment available as well, so that correct cost centre can be chosen from the list of values.
