Setup User POV function in FRS problem

I'm trying to use the 'Setup User POV' function in Financial Reporting Studio to restrict member selection options to end users. I'm using Year as an example but this applies for all dimensions I've tested.

I open 'Report1' in FRS, from menu 'Task' -> 'Set up User POV' I change the dropdown for Year dimension to 'Report Viewers May Select' to 'A Member from List' and Choices list to 'FY14' and 'FY15'. Then save and run the report using the same user ID as edited the report. The report member selection limitations work as expected with this same user ID and report.
