R12.2.3 Patching Cycle: Will the code get migrated to both RUN and PATCH edition ?

Hi Team,

We are facing some issues with migrating the code during the patching cycle (we are on R12.2.3)

Steps followed:

1. Patching cycle was opened.

2. Environment was set to PATCH edition.

3. Package was compiled.

The modified code is going to both PATCH and RUN edition.

Is this an expected behavior?

If we are migrating and RDFs, shell scripts etc., those are getting moved to the correct edition.

Please suggest !!!
