I have GG12C setup - IE is generating tail files, but IR is stuck at one transaction. PK/UK exists on target, all other dependency checking are removed. on Replicate side "Time Since Chkpt" (info all) is stuck for lat 30 hours, nothing is moving in DB. any suggestions?

Not able to run trace, command hands and kicks out.
