how to load balance incoming calls with the same called number to different destination
Hi,
I am wondering if SBC can provide a "help desk" function due to the connected Softswitch does not have that function. I know SAG can do load balance to session-agents, but what about to different numbers instead IPaddress (session-agent)? For example, someone makes a call to 12222@10.110.10.2, SBC receives this call and route it to a list of called numbers, e.g. 201@192.168.160.2, 202@192.168.160.2, 203@192.168.160.2, etc. with different strategy?
