Fusion Client Installation on Windows 7 for RPAS

Hi,

I have installed weblogic (10.3.6), Patch ADF (p17739993 as per guide) and created weblogic domain on my local machine. When I am trying to run the Fusion Client Installer (14.0.1.8) on my local machine, its giving below error. I have updated the "ant.install.properties" file with required details. I have not created wallet since I don't want to use SSL.

Can someone please help me how to launch the installer successfully?
