Leap Second

Hi , I have my OVM Manager version 3.2.9 , Oracle VM servers is running release 3.2.8, also updated my OEL Servers to Kernel release 3.8.13-68.3.2.el6uek.x86_64, Need some advice on Leap Second.. Do still I need to worry for Leap second which is happening this June 30th 2015. All my OEL (VM) servers are running DB's. Is there anything more which can be done to prevent Leap seconds impact.

Please advise..
