EAL for 11.1.2.4

I had asked this question in Feb and got to know that there is plan for a new version of EAL to work with 11.1.2.4. Wanted to know if there a version of EAL which can be used with 11.1.2.4 available yet? If not can you please let us know any other options that can be used in place of EAL?
