Session Constraint rejection + Retry-After header

I have query related to SBC call rejection due to the session-constraints assigned to sip-interface.  SBC adds retry-after header for calls rejected due to session constraints.

Is there any option to configure SBC not to add this header?  If not, then does SBC allow us to modify the header value?
