iRecruitment responsibilities defined with application as Human Resource

Hi All,

The Application name for standard iRecuitment responsibilities like 'iRecruitment External Candidate'  is 'Human Resources' whereas when we create iRecruitment responsibilities we select application as 'iRecuitment'. I want to understand the relevance of the application name used while creating the responsibilities and their impact on Oracle Licensing.

And also, when we create a responsibility just to access the custom reports , Do we need to select 'Human Resource' as Application Name or can we select 'Oracle Custom Application'.
