12.1.0.2 : Why dynamic sampling (level=AUTO) is used ?

Hi ,

Why optimizer (12.1.0.2) uses DYNAMIC SAMLING (level=AUTO) instead of 2 (default) to execute the query ?

AUTO means level 11 ?

Automatic Degree of Parallelism Information:

--------------------------------------------

   - Degree of Parallelism of 2 is derived from scan of object CARPROJ.CLIENTS

Note

-----

   - dynamic statistics used: dynamic sampling (level=AUTO)

   - automatic DOP: Computed Degree of Parallelism is 2

   - PDML is disabled in current session

   - parallel scans affinitized for buffer cache
