HCM Custom template issue

Hi All,

We have the custom template by the forms configurator and the query only responsibility of that base on the global security.

The security profile contains many of the Business Group.

This template provide the access to the Salary, Address and Other buttons for the employees only from one of the Business Group.

For the employees from the others BGs the buttons are grey so the user can't open the functionality to see the details.

Why can be differences between the access to the different Business Groups?
