Adop phase=prepare directory not found - R12.2.0

Guys, good morning.

I Migrated a R12.0.6 to 12.2.0 in January, but since then I was unable to apply the needed patches for it to update to 12.2.2+ because of this error. I reviewed several times the upgrade document and couldn't find anything that I did wrong. Could anyone help me out? I Opened an SR, but they don't give me feedback for the last 22 days.
