Several Issues with Toggle Applets in Open UI (IP2014)

Hi All,

once again, we're trying to upgrade to Siebel Open UI, but have not yet been successful.

I've noticed that even IP 2014 with latest PS (6) still has some serious issues with Toggle Applets.

Example:

In our configuration, we use Toggle Applets a lot. In the address list, we can see Account List Applet and Account Form Applet. Depending on the Account Type, various toggles are defined on Account Form Applet to show different form applets for different customer types. However, this configuration currently breaks UI navigation in several cases:

> when a PDQ is run which would cause a toggle, the UI corrupts
