Work Orders Procedure Sequence ORder - Even though we have our default sort order set for data eleme

Attached a pdf of the custom print   work order - see the Task sequence - they shoud display lowest to hightest.    The way it displays makes it hard for the worker to follow the sequence for dealing with the work order.

We are using Version 9.13.9
