Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we update port pool of an existing instance R12.2 using adcfgclone ?

We have an existing R12.2 running instance. We want to switch RUN_BASE port pool for Patch_BASE port pool.

What is the easiest way to do it.
